Your main tasks will revolve around managing nursing teams, organizing schedules, supervising clinical activities, and implementing care protocols. You will also play a key role in risk management and the continuous improvement of professional practices.

• Plan and organize nursing activities
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of nursing staff
• Oversee the delivery of care and ensure its quality
• Manage material and financial resources allocated to nursing services
• Collaborate with other departments of the establishment for comprehensive patient care
• Implement and monitor quality and safety indicators for care

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally with a specialization in Health / Social professions.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in similar roles, you have in-depth knowledge of the health sector and proven experience in team management.

Your leadership qualities, organizational skills, and project management abilities are recognized. A great capacity for listening, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve complex problems are essential for success in this role.
