Join a leader in the agri-food sector and actively participate in our success as a Stock Manager at one of our sites located in the Loukkos region.

Your role will be to ensure the management of stocks of raw materials, packaging, and chemicals, and to guarantee the availability of the necessary goods in terms of deadlines and quantities while meeting the needs of users.

Your missions will include: 

•  Manage raw materials: Create purchase requests for necessary raw materials on SAP
• Process urgent requests for raw materials (Check availability in coordination with subsidiary stock managers to arrange transfers)
• Ensure coordination between the purchasing department and relevant departments to respond to offers
• Track order progress in coordination with suppliers
• Schedule merchandise pickup missions (transport) according to order priority and availability
• Assist with the receipt and unloading of merchandise
• Check the conformity of merchandise upon receipt (quantity and quality compared to the delivery note), establish the receipt note, and enter data into SAP for validation

• After quality confirmation by the user, place the merchandise in the appropriate shelves*
• Prepare daily reporting of goods leaving the previous day by product type
• Prepare for the official annual inventory, process discrepancies with justification, and communicate them to the management control department
• Manage chemical products: Create systematic purchase requests for chemical products and track receipts based on usage needs and stock levels
• Manage consumables: Create systematic purchase requests for consumables and track receipts based on usage needs and stock levels
• Participate in continuous improvement projects: Propose improvement actions within your area of activity
• Participate in continuous improvement projects at the level of the reporting department

You have a training level of Bac+2/3 (equivalent to an Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in industrial technology, IT, or equivalent.

An experience as an intern in a similar position is required, ideally in the agri-food sector or heavy industry.
