Job Description

Within a team composed of data scientists and data engineers organized in Scrum Agile mode, you will work to implement forecasting calculation tools (forecasting store needs for warehouse supply, forecasting warehouse load, etc.).

In this context, you will be amenable to:

Structure, plan and coordinate the team's work, actively collaborating with data scientists, the lead data scientist, data analysts, the product owner, third-party teams and other technical teams.

align the construction of analytical and technical solutions with business and industry challenges

to advise, guide, and ensure the skills development of the various engineers on the team

to be responsible for the team's data science and software development methodologies (facilitating in particular the qualification of sub-projects, iterative developments, the industrialization of solutions, their maintainability, the measurement and monitoring of their performance)

to arbitrate technical debates if necessary

to remain attentive to new developments, in order to be able to challenge them and propose solutions if needed

contribute to the topics as data scientists

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

A Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in computer science, or equivalent significant experience.
