About the location:

OBJECTIF PRIMAIRE:
La Réceptionniste Spa assurer un excellent accueil aux clients, organise le lien des réservations des soins entre les clients et les spa thérapeute.
FONCTIONS PRIMAIRES :
Assister les clients dans leurs besoins et attentes
Elle doit avoir le sourire, être aimable
Tenue vestimentaire et maquillage irréprochable
Elle aura un sens aigu de l’hygiène, de la sécurité.
Veiller sur la bonne tenue et ambiance de l’accueil de l’institut :
Maîtriser les différentes prestations
Veiller à la bonne mise en place des plannings cabines
Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène
Rapporter à la responsable et/ou assistante toute anomalie, dysfonctionnement ou remarque sur le log book (registre de passation)
gérer le planning des réservations des différentes prestations
s’assurer et veiller que toute prestation fasse objet d’une facture (aucune dérogation n’est admise)
veiller que la clôture du soir soit correct et bien enregistrer sur le système.
Assurer les prélèvements des produits en cas d’absence de l’assistant responsable.
veiller à la bonne gestion des produits des soins :
utiliser des bons de prélèvement et de transfert pour tout produit provenant de l’économat.

الهدف الأساسي:
ضمان استقبال ممتاز للضيوف، وتنظيم ربط حجوزات العلاجات بين الضيوف و عرفة العلاج.
الوظائف الأساسية:
مساعدة العملاء في احتياجاتهم وتوقعاتهم
يجب أن تبتسمي وتكوني ودودة
مظهر وملابس ومكياج لا تشوبه شائبة
لدىها إحساس حاد بالنظافة والأمان.
الاهتمام بالمظهر والجو العام لاستقبال المعهد:
الإلمام بمختلف الخدمات
ضبط ترتيب جداول الغرف جيداً
الالتزام بقواعد النظافة
إبلاغ المسؤولة و/أو المساعدة عن أي خلل أو ملاحظة في دفتر السجل
إدارة جدول حجوزات مختلف الخدمات
التأكد من أن كل خدمة تصدر فاتورة (لا يوجد أي استثناء مقبول)
التأكد من إغلاق المساء بشكل صحيح وتسجيله في النظام.
إجراء اقتطاعات المنتجات في حال غياب المساعد المسؤول.
التأكد من إدارة منتجات العناية بشكل صحيح:
استخدام نماذج سحب ونقل لأي منتج يأتي من المستودع.
المهام الثانوية:
الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والسلامة
المشاركة في اجتماعات الخدمة
إظهار مستوى عال من الأخلاق والنزاهة والاحتراف في جميع الحالات
العمل بتناغم مع زملائها ورؤسائها
