Your Mission:

Within our project teams, you will be involved in the development and evolution of Full Stack Java / Angular middleware applications for major clients, in complex technical environments.

As a Tech Lead Java/Angular and Kafka, your missions will be:

• Design and define the technical architectures of solutions.
• Mentor and support development teams on technical aspects.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend Java (Spring Boot) and frontend Angular applications.
• Develop robust, secure, and performant REST APIs.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures based on Apache Kafka.
• Ensure code quality through best practices (Clean Code, code reviews, Sonar, CI/CD).
• Participate in technology choices and architectural decisions.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and resilience of applications.
• Produce and supervise unit and integration tests.
• Participate in the implementation of Microservices and Event-Driven architectures.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams, Architects, QA, and Product Owners.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to technical documentation and application support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduated from a Bac+4 or Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development.
• Good command of Java (ideally Java 17) and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, REST, Security, JPA).
• Solid skills in Angular.
• Good command of relational databases (SQL / PostgreSQL).
• Good command of Kafka (messaging, streaming, event-driven).
• Knowledge of tools and environments: Maven, Git/GitLab, Sonar, RabbitMQ.
• Experience in testing (unit, integration) and automation (e.g., Robot Framework is a plus).
• Familiarity with microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Business knowledge in service production environments is a plus.
