Job Description: Leads and manages the activities of the Functional Configuration Management (FCM) Manager. Develops the product structure within the functional domain, ensuring consistency with the organizational structure, and submits it for validation. Defines the engineering structure objects to be managed in configuration. Defines the Functional Predictive Composition (FPC) with the relevant technical departments and proposes renewal and diversity objectives. Defines the content of the target configurations for the different development phases. Ensures the drafting and consistency of the project configuration management plan, integrating the organizational and industrial dimensions. Creates the schedules for the design and validation deliverables associated with the project and guarantees their feasibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Associate's degree (Bac+2) or Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in a relevant technical or industrial field (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial systems, supply chain, etc.). 0-2 years of experience. Excellent communication skills in French and English. Knowledge of the automotive sector. Project management skills.
