شارك بنشاط في مشاريع التحسين المستمر المختلفة؛ نظّم محطات العمل وخطوط الإنتاج؛ شارك في تحسين تدفقات المواد والمنتجات والأشخاص؛ كن ضامن أنشطة التحسين المستمر على مستوى المنطقة المخصصة؛ موازنـة عبء العمل: زمن التاكـت وتحديد الإيقاع؛ قُد مبادرات ضمن نطاقك؛ تأكد من التحديثات اليومية لدورات PDCA من أنشطة LEAN المختلفة (المبادرات، المشاريع، ...) ضمن نطاقك؛ حدد ergonomics كل محطة عمل لتحسين الأداء. تأكد من أن كل محطة عمل لديها الوسائل للامتثال لمعيار 5S؛ شارك في نشر نظام إدارة الطاقة من خلال احترام تعليمات تحسين استهلاك الطاقة في محطة عملك؛ أبلغ عن أي هدر للطاقة واقترح أفكار لتقليل الاستهلاك؛ حسن تنظيم الورشة.
المرشح المثالي
- حاصل على دبلوم تقني في مجال تقني أو صناعي
- خبرة سابقة في القطاع الصناعي مرغوبة بشدة.
- معرفة جيدة بتقنيات Lean-Sigma (نهج DMAIC، مبادئ Lean);
- مهارات اتصال وتواصل عالية وتفاعل اجتماعي قوي؛

Participate actively in various continuous improvement projects; Organize workstations and production lines; Participate in the optimization of material, product, and people flows; Be the guarantor of continuous improvement activities at the level of the dedicated zone(s); Balance workload: Takt Time and Pacing; Lead initiatives within your scope; Ensure daily updates of PDCA cycles from various LEAN activities (initiatives, projects, ...) within your scope; Define the ergonomics of each workstation to optimize performance. Ensure each workstation has the means to comply with the 5S standard; Participate in the deployment of the energy management system by respecting energy consumption optimization instructions at your workstation; Report any energy waste and propose ideas for reducing consumption; Improve workshop organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holder of a Technician diploma in a technical or industrial field
- Previous experience in the industrial sector is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Lean-Sigma techniques (DMAIC approach, Lean principles);
