Job Description
1- Management of specifications and validation plans
- Manage the evolution of specification containers and validation plans used by Component Leaders and Part Leaders.
- Ensure the conformity of the component structure with the PLM rules in OIA / OID (Expected Engineering Objects / Definition).
- Ensure the completeness, consistency and availability of the specifications necessary for the creation of the RFQ folder.
3 - Link Specification / Validation Plan
- Ensure consistency and traceability between specifications and validation plans.
- Work in close coordination with the other pilot (Specification / Validation Plan).
- Ensure full coverage of requirements at all rank levels.
- Ensure the completeness of the part specifications
- Secure the associated validation plans
- Collaborating with the Component Leaders to:
- Validate the allocation of specifications
- Verify their availability at the correct component level
2 - Coordination with the engineering structure
- Working with senior leaders within the engineering structure in order to:
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications- Good level of French and English
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Required skills:- PLM Enovia / Reqtify (certification or in-house training required)
- Requirements management and specification structuring
- Validation systems, as well as validation and integration plans
- SAP BI 4 (project data extraction and analysis)
- Advanced Excel (advanced functions, reporting)
- DocInfo (document creation and updating)
- BeStandard (Viewer level)
- CATIA V6 (beginner level)
- Good understanding of PLM rules and logic
