Management and supervision of the Industrial Engineering Organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs

Manages and supervises the Industrial Engineering unit in accordance with established objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identifies potential areas for improvement within their area of ​​responsibility, provides their expertise and contributes to improving the quality of services provided.

Ensures compliance with standards, governance and proper execution of processes.

Supervises and motivates the employees under his direct responsibility.

Plans the team's regular activities to cover all operational steps and respond to all requests received.

Defines the objectives, missions and responsibilities of team members. Gives clear instructions, monitors progress and evaluates results.

Identifies the training and development needs of its employees, monitors their professional development and supports them in putting new skills acquired into practice.

Proposes and implements actions aimed at improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession management, coaching, change management and personal development.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience 

State-certified engineer in mechanical engineering or industrial field
