The Consultant will be responsible for:

Mission focused on the management, coordination, and monitoring of resources needed for industrial projects (kits, complete tooling, partial tooling, BA, series parts, etc.), as well as synchronizing data between different management tools (PLM, Planisware, TRM, ADM).

1. Animation & Monitoring BF/BA

• Verify the consistency between ordered kit lists and PMV inventory/summary files.
• Record equipment, orders, and actual costs of the centers.
• Monitor KPIs related to kit commitment deadlines (template, complete tooling, partial tooling, BA).
• Approve and commit files with the PMV.
• Identify blockages in committed needs and coordinate actions to resolve them.
• Prepare information on budget overruns for weekly meetings.
• Ensure weekly monitoring of project KPIs.
• Participate daily in coordination meetings (welding, plastics, etc.) to facilitate exchanges.

2. EDL COMMISSIONING:

• Approve OVA/Archive documents according to key project milestones.

3. Management of missing parts:

• Verify that current stock covers needs.

  
  
  

• Identify missing items and coordinate with suppliers to obtain them.

  
  
  

4. Series Transfer

• Initialize series files (components, references).
• Monitor progress and impacts on the master schedule.
• Objective: centralize and plan cross-functional needs of brands and projects.
• Details: Collect needs, plan actions, and manage the program.

5. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate the planning of the captive fleet.
• Update the ISP (master schedule for suppliers and PRs).
• Update inventory files (kits, complete tooling).
• Synchronize data between Planisware and PLM.
• Build KPIs from PLM extractions (off-tool parts).
• Update series files and planning impacts.
• Track types and loops of return to series production.

Graduate of a Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, or with experience in the automotive sector.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in industrial engineering.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Office Tools: Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel: pivot tables, KPIs, stock tracking, consolidation).
• Planisware: Planning update and data synchronization.
• PLM: Extraction, parts analysis, and tracking of off-tool parts.
• TRM / ADM: Volume consolidation and phase updates.
• Inventory Systems: Knowledge of inventory systems (kits, complete tooling, BA).
• Planning Standards: Mastery of manufacturer planning standards.

Project Management & Finance:

• Global project management.
• Knowledge of costing and cost management.

Soft Skills:

• Communication and team management skills.
• Rigor and flexibility.

Languages:

• Good level in English and French.
