Job Description: As part of a major international digital transformation program for one of our industrial clients, we are seeking an experienced PMO/Project Coordinator to strengthen the program governance team. You will be working on a multi-country transformation program involving several functional areas (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Workday HR, PLM, etc.) and numerous international stakeholders. Your role will be to support the PMO Lead in ensuring effective governance, cross-functional project coordination, and rigorous monitoring of the various workstreams. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the PMO Lead in managing the program; consolidating information from the various projects and workstreams; preparing governance materials and steering committee materials; developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and progress indicators; and monitoring action plans, risks, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on decisions. Design and maintain program management templates. Facilitate recurring program meetings. Directly address specific project topics when necessary. Collaborate with international teams, integrators, and various suppliers. Participate in the continuous improvement of governance practices. Beyond reporting, we are looking for someone capable of taking ownership of the topics, understanding project issues, and supporting teams in their resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 (Engineering or Master's degree).

3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination or IT project management.

Experience with complex IT transformation programs.

Excellent organizational and structuring skills.

Analytical mind and ability to delve into detail ("deep dive") when necessary.

Excellent communication skills.

Autonomy, rigor and a sense of priorities.

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Comfortable in international environments.

Scrum Master experience is a plus but not essential.

Essential Technical Skills: Project Management / PMO, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira or Azure, DevOps, Risk, Action, and Deliverable Tracking, Executive Report Preparation

Preferred skills include Azure DevOps, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI tools, SAP S/4HANA, Public Cloud (general knowledge), and PLM.
