As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Casino Customer Relations Officer (M/F).
Missions:
- Welcome and guide Casino clients.
- Respond to requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and ensure follow-up.
- Coordinate with different departments to guarantee a quality customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
A first experience in customer relations or hospitality.
Excellent sense of service and communication.
Good command of French and English.
Neat presentation and interpersonal skills.

المهام:
- استقبال عملاء الكازينو وتوجيههم.
- الرد على الطلبات وضمان رضاهم.
- التعامل مع الشكاوى وضمان المتابعة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان تجربة عميل عالية الجودة.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
خبرة أولى في علاقات العملاء أو الضيافة.
احساس ممتاز بالخدمة والتواصل.
إتقان جيد للفرنسية والإنجليزية.
عرض أنيق ومهارات تواصل بين شخصية.
