- المساهمة في الطقوس الميدانية (إدارة الأداء) ودعم فرق التشغيل
- تطوير، نشر، والحفاظ على معايير وممارسات التحسين المستمر
- المشاركة في مشاريع استراتيجية تهدف إلى تحسين الأداء الصناعي للموقع وفقًا لـمعايير المجموعة
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
- درجة هندسية أو ما يعادلها مع تخصص في الرشيقة/التحسين المستمر
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التحسين المستمر في بيئة صناعية
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will support the Lean transformation of the Safran Aerosystems Morocco site. You will assist operational teams in continuously improving performance, deploy Lean training, and ensure the daily anchoring of standards. Your field presence and coaching posture are essential for driving sustainable change.
- Contribute to field rituals (performance management) and support operational teams
- Develop, deploy, and maintain continuous improvement standards and practices
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at improving the site's industrial performance according to Group standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in Lean/Continuous Improvement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement in an industrial environment
