Job Description: Mission Context: As part of strengthening the Manufacturing teams of one of our clients, we are looking for a Coding/GENOME Support Engineer to provide Level 1 support for the coding tools used by the client. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents while ensuring effective user support. Main Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 functional support for CODIFICATION and GENOME tools. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents reported by users. Monitor and escalate incidents when necessary. Support users in resolving their issues. Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes. Quickly develop expertise in the tools and processes within the scope. Contribute to knowledge sharing and the documentation of solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) with 1-3 years of experience in application or functional support. Experience with CODIFICATION and GENOME tools is highly desirable. Experience in the automotive industry, and more specifically at Stellantis, is a significant asset. Essential technical skills: Level 1 application support experience. Strong proficiency with Stellantis' CODIFICATION and GENOME tools. Good analytical and incident resolution skills. Knowledge of user support processes. Preferred technical skills: Experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of the Stellantis ecosystem. Soft skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Curiosity and a strong learning ability. Proactive approach. Customer service oriented. Autonomous and rigorous. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Languages: French: Fluent (required).
