Job Description
Ensures and documents the training and coaching of operators at the workstation.
Identify the training needs of operators.
Participates in the evaluation and assessment of operator performance.
Supports specialized training to maintain and update the skills matrix and employee qualification data.
Works in collaboration with Human Resources on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers.
Performs its duties in accordance with the skills matrix.
Provides training following customer complaints, QRQC analyses, 8D reports, KOSU incidents, technical modifications or changes in work instructions.
Contributes to the implementation of the concept of flexibility.
Trains employees on the required workstations as part of staff rotation and monitors their performance on the new positions in terms of quality and productivity.

يوفر التدريب عقب شكاوى العملاء، وتحليلات QRQC، تقارير 8D، حوادث KOSU، التعديلات الفنية أو التغييرات في تعليمات العمل.
يساهم في تطبيق مفهوم المرونة.
يدرب الموظفين على محطات العمل المطلوبة كجزء من دوران الموظفين ويراقب أدائهم في المواقع الجديدة من حيث الجودة والإنتاجية.
