The Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) engine overhaul shop specializes in the maintenance of Leap engines. You will be attached to the Workscopping Service, which integrates technical activities related to shop visits (engine maintenance/overhaul). Your main missions will be:

- Analyze and critique the technical documentation of equipment to be repaired (Workscopes, SB status) in order to propose optimized maintenance work with respect to cost/TAT/customer expectations.

- Transcribe work instructions for the workshop.

- Ensure technical follow-up throughout the shop visit and coordinate work evolutions with Shop Visit Managers (customer interface) and workshops.

- Ensure the technical compliance of parts offered to the customer for standard exchanges (replacement parts).

- At the end of the shop visit, draft the Engine Condition Report describing the technical events that occurred during the shop visit and the condition of the parts/modules.

- Participate in the evolution of manufacturer workscoping references: LEAP / GE and customers.

- Participate in customer visits to support Shop Visit Managers in presenting technical elements.

- Conduct analyses and improvement actions to incorporate evolutions of manufacturer workscoping references.

- Participate in the industrialization commissions of Service Bulletins (SB).

- In coordination with the billing departments and Shop Visit Managers, analyze deviations in shop visit costs and identify improvement actions.
