Mission Within SCALIAN, the Senior Management Controller ensures the economic performance management of the IT Foundation, Digital, Cyber, Application Platforms divisions, as well as Technical & Commercial Expertise. He/She is responsible for budget construction, financial monitoring of RUN and Project activities, profitability analysis, and financial data reliability to guarantee a reliable and relevant economic vision for management and operational teams.

Main Responsibilities

Budgetary Control

• Construct and analyze budgets for expenses and revenues for RUN and Project activities.
• Collect and consolidate budgetary hypotheses and cost drivers.
• Ensure monitoring of RUN cost optimization plans.
• Participate in the economic modeling of RUN offers.
• Contribute to the definition and update of RUN offer pricing.

Management Control and Financial Analysis

• Ensure monthly monitoring of financial results for RUN and Project activities.
• Analyze cost of goods sold and offer profitability.
• Identify, analyze, and explain variances between budget, forecasts, and actuals.
• Produce the reporting and performance indicators necessary for business steering.
• Support operational teams in respecting their budgetary commitments.
• Participate in steering committees with financial and operational management.

Financial Governance

• Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of financial data.
• Ensure the financial consolidation of their perimeter.
• Ensure the application of financial rules, procedures, and standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of management tools and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+5 in Finance, Management Control, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in management control, ideally in an IT, services, or project environment.
• Excellent command of management control and cost accounting.
• Solid financial analysis and performance management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Good command of Anaplan and Power BI tools.
• Experience in deploying or evolving financial management tools.
• Strong aptitude for data analysis and financial process transformation.
