In the context of developing our activities, we are recruiting Automotive Quality Residents to intervene directly with our industrial clients. As a Quality Resident, you are the quality representative on the client site. You ensure the monitoring of non-conformities, the management of quality incidents, and contribute to real-time customer satisfaction.

Main missions

• Ensure quality presence at the client (OEM / Equipment Manufacturer)
• Perform product controls (inspection, sorting, rework)
• Manage non-conformities and customer complaints
• Pilot corrective action plans (8D)
• Analyze root causes (5Why, Ishikawa, QRQC)
• Ensure interface between client and supplier
• Monitor quality indicators (PPM, incidents, returns)
• Perform structured and regular reporting
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+3 degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive quality
• Experience as a resident quality / customer quality / supplier quality is desirable
• Field experience in an industrial environment is required
• Technical skills:
• Mastery of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, 5Why, QRQC
• Management of non-conformities and quality incidents
• Reading of plans and technical requirements
• Good command of IT tools
• Behavioral skills:
• Excellent communication (client interface)
• Reactivity and emergency management
• Rigor and analytical skills
