Job Description
As a true right-hand to the General Management, you play a central role in the organization, coordination, and follow-up of the establishment's activities. You operate at the heart of a demanding, confidential, and international environment, where attention to detail, discretion, and service excellence are essential.
- Ensure the management and optimization of the General Management's agenda.
- Organize meetings, appointments, travel, and professional events.
- Prepare files, presentations, minutes, and necessary support materials for meetings.
- Ensure follow-up of decisions and actions undertaken by Management.
- Coordinate exchanges between General Management and the hotel's various departments: Accommodation, Reception, Catering, Housekeeping, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Technical, etc.
- Participate in monitoring performance indicators and preparing reports.
- Contribute to the follow-up of strategic and operational projects of the establishment.
- Ensure fluid and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information and files with the utmost discretion.
- Participate in the organization of events, partner meetings, and VIP visits.
- Anticipate Management's needs and provide real support in the daily management of the establishment.
- Act as a relay for the hotel's image, values, and standards of excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Higher education in hotel management, management, administration, or a similar field.
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in high-end hospitality, luxury, or an international environment.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Perfect mastery of office tools.
- Excellent presentation and a keen sense of confidentiality.
- High capacity for adaptation, reactivity, and anticipation.
