Your role:

As a Concierge, you are a true ambassador for the hotel and the Marrakech destination. Your mission is to accompany our clients throughout their stay by offering them a personalized, attentive, and discreet service. You listen to their desires, anticipate their needs, and help them discover the best of Marrakech thanks to your knowledge of the destination and your network of partners.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with professionalism, elegance, and friendliness.
• Listen to clients' expectations and offer personalized recommendations.
• Organize and coordinate clients' special requests: restaurants, excursions, visits, activities, transport, events, etc.
• Provide accurate and relevant information about Marrakech, its attractions, restaurants, culture, and experiences.
• Anticipate clients' needs and offer experiences tailored to their preferences.
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with local partners and service providers.
• Ensure follow-up of reservations and services organized for clients.
• Coordinate requests with the different hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Ensure personalized follow-up of VIP clients and specific requests.
• Manage any complaints with tact, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after their stay.
• Ensure effective information transfer between teams.
• Guarantee compliance with M venpick's quality and service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, a luxury establishment, or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Marrakech and its main points of interest.
• Excellent presentation and professional attitude.
• Strong sense of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong listening, anticipation, and advisory skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Responsiveness, availability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and constant concern for excellence.
• Good command of French and English. Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
• A network of local contacts in the fields of catering, transport, leisure, and tourism is a real advantage.
