You will lead the development and convergence of exterior and interior plastic equipment: bumpers, grilles, spoilers, wheel arches, protections, dashboard, door panels, consoles, and trims.

Your main missions:

• Lead product development up to various project milestones.
• Coordinate trades and suppliers.
• Lead technical convergence and product evolutions.
• Monitor numerical and physical validations.
• Manage risks, open issues, and action plans.
• Ensure product/process convergence.

DRE Lighting

3-5 years of experience

You will lead the development of front and rear lights.

Your main missions:

• Lead suppliers.
• Ensure technical convergence of the product.
• Lead the numerical and physical validation process.
• Monitor results, deviations, and action plans.
• Coordinate involved trades.
• Monitor product maturity at different milestones.

Geometer

3-5 years of experience

You will be involved in the geometric and dimensional control of parts during the development phase.

Your main missions:

• Analyze interfaces between parts.
• Construct and analyze dimension chains.
• Define functional dimensions and tolerances.
• Contribute to geometric convergence.
• Identify dimensional risks.
• Analyze deviations from physical phases.

Plastic Designer

1-3 years of experience

You will be responsible for the design and evolution of plastic parts during the development phase.

Your main missions:

• Create and modify 3D definitions.
• Design according to plastic trade rules and industrial constraints.
• Manage interfaces, fixings, clearances, and flushness.
• Integrate feedback from trades.
• Participate in design and feasibility reviews.
• Create drawings and dimensions.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with real experience in automotive product development and corresponding to the required experience level for the position sought.

Common Prerequisites:

• Concrete experience in automotive product development phase.
• Professional French and English.
• Ability to work with multiple trades and suppliers.
• Rigor, autonomy, and good communication.
• Mobility to Casablanca is mandatory.

For DRE positions:

• Concrete experience in managing the development of an automotive product is essential.
• Ability to manage technical convergence, suppliers, and validations.

For Plastics profiles:

• Real experience in the development of automotive plastic parts is required.
• For designers, proficiency in CATIA or equivalent automotive CAD environment.
