The SRE team works on cross-functional technical topics: technical backlog management, system reliability, observability, performance, incident management, and automation. The Technical Project Manager drives this team's roadmap, in partnership with the architect, and ensures the interface between technical challenges and business/product priorities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage the cross-functional technical roadmap.
• Coordinate priorities between project team requests and the SRE team's workload.
• Be the technical point of contact between the SRE team and other stakeholders (architect, product teams, technical management).
• Translate architectural decisions and principles into an operational execution plan for the SRE team.
• Escalate to the architect any constraints and field feedback (infrastructure limitations, technical debt, reliability risks) that may impact architectural choices.
• Track the progress of technical projects, remove blockers, and arbitrate priorities in coordination with the architect.
• Contribute to the definition and monitoring of reliability and performance indicators.
• Foster skill development and capitalization of best practices within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile Required:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid technical background (front/back, infrastructure, cloud/GCP, CI/CD, NewRelic monitoring) to engage credibly with the SRE team.
• Experience in project management and coordination of cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to interact effectively with the architect and challenge technical subjects.
• Ability to arbitrate between operational urgency and long-term vision.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to federate technical teams and to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
