Job :

Reporting to the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department, your missions include:

• Upon request, as part of a tender, contribute to the preparation of subsets of technical offers, according to the Director's instructions,
• Ensure the collection of necessary data for projects, organize and summarize it,
• Set the conditions for the execution of the work by carrying out the requested sizing work, using appropriate techniques or software, according to quality standards, respecting technical standards and deadlines and costs,
• Transfer technical data (calculation notes, plans, financial estimates, etc.), data expressed in any other format (client constraints, regulatory requirements, environmental constraints, drawings, etc.),
• Carry out design work for elements or subsets of the structure and/or the requested study, with the degree of precision and uncertainty required by the nature of the study (feasibility study, preliminary study, detailed study, etc.),
• Carry out project integration work by managing the production of technical deliverables (execution plans, launch plans, site plans, etc.) while optimizing solutions from a technical and economic perspective,
• Prepare notes and reports within the framework of assigned projects,
• Upon request, contribute to the preparation of audit or expertise reports,
• Project management on an administrative level (tracking stages, tracking contractual deadlines, preparing reporting),
• Contribute to the administrative follow-up of contracts (tracking contractual deadlines, time spent, billing follow-up, etc.)

• Holder of an Engineering degree in Hydraulics, Rural Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• More than 7 years of experience in a similar field (Drinking water supply, sanitation)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
