The consultant will be responsible for:

Manual Test Execution:

• Design and execute manual test cases to validate the functionality of API and microservices platforms.
• Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and functional testing.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with the QA Lead to define acceptance criteria and test plans.
• Participate in functional requirements (FRs) reviews.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document test cases and results in tools like Zephyr or JIRA.
• Record, clarify, and prioritize identified bugs.

Team Support:

• Collaborate with support teams for knowledge transfer on new data flows.
• Assist in resolving platform-related issues.

Process Improvement:

• Propose improvements for manual testing methodologies.
• Actively participate in the QA Community of Practice (CoP).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+ 5 in Computer Science with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in manual testing for web applications, APIs, or microservices.
• Ability to design detailed test cases and maximize requirements coverage.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia (for manual API testing).
• Experience with Zephyr (a plus) or other test management tools (TestRail, etc.).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Understanding of REST APIs, WebServices, and microservices architectures.
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, JavaScript) for simple task automation (a plus).
• Attention to detail and ability to identify complex anomalies.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Fluent English.
