- 2-3 year post-secondary degree in audiovisual studies
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator would be an asset
- Knowledge of camera and lighting equipment
- Mastery of framing and composition principles
- Curiosity, intuition, and a talent for spotting good shots
- Creativity and artistic flair
- Ability to analyze and express ideas through images or video
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in French
