Organizes and leads the physical phases of the project, deploys and leads project dashboards, Organizes the preparation of each phase in coherence with the roadmap, Verifies the quality of planning in the departments, and guides them, if necessary, in the implementation of preventive or curative action plans, Structures the project work phases, Implements phase steering rituals, Prepares planning/quality grid deliverables for each milestone in coherence with its activities, Establishes detailed planning for prototype means, ensures its update and leads the steering of their realization, until their delivery to the end users, from the first mules to the series vehicles, Is responsible for the convergence of prototype budgets on each project phase, and guarantees their respect, Orders shuttle vehicles for SRUB & pre-VRS (OCVS, OF, Dispatch Order vouchers...), Participates in the review sessions of the Means Descriptions (DM) is responsible for meeting the objectives on the project vehicle fleets, Participates in Project rituals requiring involvement and/or added value Planning, Applies project steering standards and proposes lessons learned for continuous improvement, Establishes detailed planning for physical validation means, ensures its update and leads the steering of their realization, until their delivery to the end users, from the first validation means to the series vehicles, Organizes KPIs / reporting and ensures the update of all dashboards, Prepares deliverables for each milestone/DAPF departmental technical review in coherence with its activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 training (engineering school or university) Industrial, Technical knowledge: Knowledge of automotive design phases, Project management fundamentals, Very good level of communication in French. Relational ease. Automotive products. Good command of EXCEL. Knowledge of English is a plus
