Job :
- Welcoming and directing clients to available slot machines.
- First-level technical assistance for clients experiencing difficulties with the machines.
- Handling client requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Information on current promotions and game rules.
- Close collaboration with supervision and maintenance teams to ensure proper equipment operation.
- Maintaining a clean and pleasant gaming environment.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Sales Administration, After-Sales Service (SAV), or Call Center professions.
Knowledge of the hotel, restaurant, or entertainment sector would be a major asset.
