Roles & Responsibilities
- Adherence to the rules of the Series Life cycle for managing Product, Quality, Cost, and Purchasing Evolutions,
- Application of the standard Off-Window / index creation rules - Level of Out-of-Window Non-Standard - General planning of the window with the relevant stakeholders, and in particular the planning of the Batch Method and its impacts on the industrial organization - Ensuring the creation of vehicle CTMs up to vehicle launch - Ensuring shipments within the project framework - Coordination of planning activities with the factory - Responsible for the PEPP Series Lifes - Harmonization of schedules for the different projects and modifications grouped within the window and the pooling of resources
