Job :

As a key player in industrial performance, you will actively contribute to improving quality standards, optimizing processes, and supporting teams in a logic of continuous transformation and operational excellence.



You will work in an international context requiring strong structuring, cross-functional coordination, and performance management skills.



Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be:



  • Define and manage the site's industrial quality strategy;
  • Ensure the conformity of processes, products, and quality standards;
  • Supervise quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement activities;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements;
  • Manage internal, external, and customer audits;
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and deploy necessary action plans;
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions;
  • Contribute to the development of a quality culture and operational excellence;
  • Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, supply chain, and project teams;
  • Actively participate in industrial transformation and optimization projects;
  • Support teams in skills development and change management;
  • Provide regular reporting to local and international stakeholders.


Required profile :
  • Higher education, such as an Engineering School or equivalent;
  • Confirmed experience of at least 10 to 15 years in a structured industrial environment;
  • Mandatory experience in sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals, agri-food, or any other process industry;
  • Solid experience in team management and cross-functional leadership;
  • Good command of quality systems, audits, and industrial certifications;
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement and performance management tools;
  • Good knowledge of industrial quality standards (EN9100, ISO, PRI/Nadcap, or equivalent);
  • Leadership, analytical skills, and results orientation;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Professional French and English required.
