Job Title: Intake Coordinator (Part-Time) We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Intake Coordinator to make outbound calls to existing leads and assist them in getting set up for free government meal programs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with diverse communities, and provide outstanding customer service.
Schedule: Part-time (Eastern Standard Time) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing leads and applicants Assist individuals with enrollment for free government meal programs Provide accurate information and answer customer questions professionally Follow call scripts and intake procedures Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and applicant information Schedule follow-ups and ensure all required information is collected Communicate professionally with clients in English, Arabic, and/or Spanish Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Weekly Pay Work from home Negotiable rate depending on the experience Strong customer service and communication skills Fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish preferred Comfortable making outbound calls daily Good listening and problem-solving abilities Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and follow procedures Previous call center, intake coordination, or customer support experience is a plus
