Job :
Contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IUR's QSE management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and normative requirements and control of operational risks.
Main Activities:
Quality Health Safety Environment Management:
- Participate in projects for the implementation and maintenance of QSE management systems according to international standards;
- Perform quality controls and establish control reports for all activities/services that may impact the quality, hygiene, and safety of the IUR community;
- Participate in the coordination of QHSE service providers (Laboratories, inspection bodies, engineering firms...);
- Participate in monitoring and handling complaints via the established platform;
- Prepare periodic reporting of complaints via the IUR's electronic complaint management platform.
- Participate in conducting internal and/or external audits, scheduled and unscheduled, of services and QSE management systems;
- Collect and calculate QSE indicators;
- Prepare a weekly report of all controls carried out.
- Gather and analyze environmental legal and regulatory requirements.
Document Management:
- Ensure the management and control of all QSE documentation;
- Develop, update, and disseminate procedures, management rules, forms, and records;
- Ensure the consistency and harmonization of management system documents;
QSE Regulatory Compliance:
- Participate in regulatory QSE watch via the established platform;
- Participate in monitoring action plans for compliance.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in QSE management
- 4 years of experience in a company in a similar role
- Good knowledge of QSE standards (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001)
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office Suite...)
