Management Controller

Job Description As a Management Controller, you will be responsible for: Managing timesheets and activity reports (ensuring the accuracy of entries, modifications, and deletions); Converging SAP data with the timesheet system; Analyzing discrepancies between the timesheet system and SAP: Cost variance analysis: Identifying discrepancies between costs recorded in the timesheet system and those in SAP. Analyzing the causes of these discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to reconcile the two systems. Production variance analysis: Analyzing discrepancies related to production days between the timesheet system and SAP. Identifying differences in the number of reported workdays and adjusting the data to ensure consistency between the two systems. Handling anomalies in the timesheet system: Managing requests to modify activity reports: Processing modification requests related to consultant timesheets in the Smart tool.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Management Control. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, with advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in general and analytical accounting. Proficiency in finance and management control tools. Excellent interpersonal skills. Curiosity and the ability to quickly adapt to the organizational structure. Customer service oriented. Ability to work effectively in a team. Autonomy and proactive approach to continuous improvement of existing processes (dashboards, KPIs, procedures). Reliability, responsiveness, and proactivity. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
