Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be in charge of technical purchasing related to the site's operational activities. You will ensure the supply of spare parts, tooling, personal protective equipment (PPE), consumables, and supplies necessary for the smooth running of operations. A true point of contact for suppliers, you will be able to quickly identify needs, find suitable references, negotiate the best conditions, and guarantee the availability of equipment within the required deadlines.
Your main missions:
- Gather and analyze the purchasing needs of operational teams.
- Identify suitable suppliers and consult multiple supply sources.
- Carry out purchases of spare parts, tooling, PPE, consumables, and industrial supplies.
- Make local purchases and counter purchases when necessary.
- Negotiate prices, deadlines, and purchasing conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure order follow-up until reception.
- Check the conformity of delivered products.
- Manage consumable stocks and anticipate replenishment needs.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Develop and maintain a network of reliable local suppliers.
- Report regularly on purchases and consumption.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Minimum Bac+2 in Logistics, Commerce, Management, Industrial Maintenance, Storekeeping, or equivalent field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: Technical Purchasing; Supply Chain; Spare Parts Management; Technical Storekeeping; Counter Sales of Industrial Supplies; Industrial Droguerie; Industrial Tooling; Technical Supplies or Industrial Maintenance. Experience in an industrial environment is highly appreciated.
Skills- Good knowledge of spare parts, consumables, tooling, and industrial supplies.
- Ability to quickly find technical references and suppliers.
- Comfortable in commercial negotiation.
- Good command of Excel and office tools.
- Sense of organization, rigor, and reactivity.
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation.
Languages
Fluent French. English is an asset.
Others
Driving license (Permis B) essential. Good knowledge of the supplier network in the Kénitra region and its surroundings is appreciated.
