The technical support customer representative has the main mission of collecting and then processing remotely the requests of users in difficulty regarding the use of computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their mission consists of: Resolving operational and maintenance technical problems by processing questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadline imperatives. Before taking on the mission, complete training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities entrusted to them.
Desired Candidate Profile
Perfect command of the French language, with good oral and written fluency. Listening and orientation skills. Good diagnostic and analytical capacity. Successful training related to the requested technical competence
