About the role
Four Seasons Casablanca is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does.

What you will do
- Manages the staff and controls the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department assuring that our Guest Rooms, Public Areas and Employee Areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Manages the staff of the Housekeeping Department. Interviews and trains the staff. Conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed. Assures daily labor report and bi-weekly payroll submission is accurate and complete. Ensures communications and follow-up on any problems, guest requests or special requirements.
- Schedules staff. Makes or coordinates the daily assignment of work. Oversees the start of each shift. Monitors daily assignments to assure that productivity and quality standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are being met. Inspects all areas of responsibility daily including a number of Guest rooms.
- Resolves customer complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinates the housekeeping needs of any Condominium or Co-op owners. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
- Assures the financial goals of the department are being met. Monitors and controls labor expense and other divisional expenses such as Guest Supplies, Cleaning Supplies and Contract Services. Participates in periodic Linen, Uniform and Supplies Inventories. Assures that equipment is properly maintained. Assists in the preparation of the annual budget for labor and operating expense and for items to be included in the annual Capital Plan.
- Assures effective operation of the Laundry/Valet Department in the absence of the Laundry/Valet Manager. Assists the department when needed.
- Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
What you bring
- school education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a luxury brands is a plus
- French, English and Arabic are mandatory

ما ستقوم به
- يدير الموظفين ويضبط الأنشطة اليومية لقسم النظافة مع التأكد من أن غرف الضيوف والمناطق العامة ومناطق الموظفين تلبي أعلى معايير النظافة.
- يدير موظفي قسم النظافة. يجري المقابلات والتدريب للموظفين. يجري تقييمات الأداء ويُعاقب الموظفين عند الحاجة. يضمن دقة واكتمال تقرير العمل اليومي وتقديم الرواتب نصف الشهري. يضمن الاتصالات ومتابعة أي مشاكل، أو طلبات الضيوف، أو المتطلبات الخاصة.
- يرتب جدول العمل للموظفين. ينشئ أو ينسق توزيع العمل اليومي. يشرف على بداية كل وردية. يراقب التعيينات اليومية لضمان تحقيق الإنتاجية ومعايير الجودة، وتقديم الدعم للموظفين وتلبية احتياجات الضيوف. يفحص جميع مجالات المسؤولية يومياً بما في ذلك عدد من غرف الضيوف.
- يحل شكاوى العملاء، يتعامل مع جميع تفاعل الضيوف بمستوى عالٍ من الضيافة والاحتراف، ويلبي الطلبات الخاصة قدر الإمكان. يستجيب لجميع طلبات الضيوف بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب. ينسّق احتياجات النظافة لأي مالك شقة مشتركة أو تعاونية. التفاعل مع الضيف سيكون حضورياً وبالهاتف.
- يضمن تحقيق الأهداف المالية للقسم. يراقب ويراقب مصروفات العمالة وغيرها من المصاريف القسمية مثل مستلزمات الضيوف، مستلزمات التنظيف وخدمات العقد. يشارك في جرد دوري للكتان، والزي، والإمدادات. يضمن أن يتم صيانة المعدات بشكل صحيح. يساعد في إعداد الميزانية السنوية للعمالة والنفقات التشغيلية وللعناصر المدرجة في خطة رأس المال السنوية.
- يضمن التشغيل الفعّال لقسم الغسيل/الخدمات للفندق في غياب مدير الغسيل/الخدمات. يساعد القسم عند الحاجة.
- يتخذ إجراءات في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بالسلامة، والأمن، ورضا ورفاهية نزلاء الفندق وموظفيه، يستجيب بسرعة وفعالية في أي حالة طوارئ أو سلامة بالفندق.
