Consultant Physician - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Physician for the ICU to join a leading tertiary care hospital in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive critical care management for ICU patients- Lead and supervise the ICU medical team- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols- Perform advanced procedures including ventilator management- Participate in quality improvement initiatives- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:- Medical degree from a recognized institution- Specialist qualification in Intensive Care Medicine- Minimum 5-8 years post-specialty ICU experience- Eligible for DOH Abu Dhabi licensure- Strong clinical and leadership skills
