Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will be: OT Cybersecurity Governance - Define, develop, and monitor the plant's OT cybersecurity KPIs. - Prepare the weekly operational cybersecurity committee meeting. - Define OT cybersecurity guidelines/processes (NIS2, etc.). OT Cybersecurity Risk Assessment - Define a risk assessment matrix to support the local plant cybersecurity assessment. - Define the corresponding mitigation action plan. - Conduct some local assessments to support the deployment of Data projects. OT Cybersecurity Awareness and Support in the Plant - Prepare and lead monthly cybersecurity meetings with the plants. - Support the plants in deploying cybersecurity projects (Backup and Recovery, Remote Access, etc.). CBS OT Project - Contribute to making plant solutions secure by design. - Contribute to the cybersecurity project steering committee (Manufacturing representative). - Define secure solutions for a low-cost vision system
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac+5) Experience: 3-5 years Skills: The ideal candidate will possess dual expertise in IT and automation, specializing in the deployment of digital solutions for industrial machinery and the optimization of production processes. You are rigorous, persevering, organized, methodical, and responsive. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with your teaching skills, allows you to gain team buy-in and drive project momentum.
