Manufacturing

Manufacturing is at the heart of everything we do. As part of this area, you will help drive production excellence by improving operational performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

This is an on-site position based at one of our manufacturing plants in Morocco and includes shift rotation. You will work alongside experienced leaders while gaining hands-on experience in one of the world’s largest food companies.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience.
• Advanced English proficiency to collaborate in a global environment.
• Availability to work full-time starting in September 2026.
• Willingness to relocate, temporarily or permanently, within or outside Morocco as part of the program.
• Availability for international travel.
• Interest in manufacturing, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
