Roles & Responsibilities
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the entire establishment is your domain: the proper functioning of all interior and exterior installations falls under your responsibility. You implement effective preventive maintenance and energy management programs, and you organize specific training sessions dedicated to the safe and efficient use of energy and equipment within the hotel. You ensure guest satisfaction by guaranteeing their comfort and safety throughout their stay.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in a role involving technical management or building works (electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, emergency systems and safety precautions, water treatment). You are capable of studying and analyzing your work environment, making the necessary decisions in agreement with the team, and interpreting complex information to improve practices. You are eager to train team members and develop their skills. You are known for being organized, rigorous, and methodical! You also have a strong environmental awareness.
