Job Description Context: As part of the multi-level improvement program for its logistics information systems initiated in 2007, CRONOS (Commercial Network New Vehicle Order System) is now being deployed to replace the previous systems related to the distribution of new vehicles for the Client Group (including French brands and subsidiaries OV, Opel-Vauxhall). The team's work, under the leadership of the Project Leader (from the PPIT entity within PSA's Supply Chain Department), consists of managing the development of the CRONOS application and its associated applications. The evolution of these applications is the subject of a CEB (Requirements Specification) and SFD (Detailed Functional Specifications) and is designed in collaboration with the Business Leaders. This is followed by the testing and launch phases. The team is involved in all these phases and supports the user countries throughout the application's lifecycle. Mission: The various activities entrusted to the VCO CRONOS team are as follows: Analysis of user requests (via dedicated functional mailbox or any other channel included in the VCO process) Creation of associated JIRA and management of the request until resolution Direct resolution or redirection to the designated entity depending on the results of the analysis (as appropriate: 1/ review of processes and best practices or 2/ direct correction or 3/ in-depth analysis with IT or functional teams, triggering all necessary meetings for a thorough resolution) If the issue requires changes to a feature (Logistics & Distribution process), work with multi-skilled teams to develop the tool or the Logistics process concerned Writing test scenarios and execution for the delivery of changes Maintaining up-to-date indicators and processes (where applicable) Regular meetings with business owners or IT (ICT) teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain/Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent specialization. 1-3 years of experience. Soft skills: Customer support and relations; Analytical skills; Teaching skills; Facilitation skills, proactive approach, teamwork; Synthesis skills; Responsiveness; Communication skills (presentations, training sessions or workshops, preparation of written materials). Hard skills: Knowledge of Supply Chain/Fundamentals of Automotive Distribution; UAT (User Acceptance Testing) skills: Test cases and execution + anomaly tracking; Supply Chain Planning Management; Automotive IT: Functional development principles, SCRUM, data management; IT environment; French; Working proficiency in English (independent); Excel (data tables, indicators, graphs, VBA...); Power BI/Access
