About the position

As part of the development of our activities in the automotive sector, we are looking for an experienced Technical Manager IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) & Connectivity to lead technical teams working on strategic projects related to embedded systems, infotainment, and vehicle connectivity. You will be the technical and managerial reference for a multidisciplinary team and will ensure the interface with clients, suppliers, and different project stakeholders. This position requires solid technical expertise in IVI/Connectivity systems as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.

Education: Bac+5 / Engineering Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Embedded Software or equivalent

Experience: +7 years (senior profiles)

Languages: French and English proficiency required

Job responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the activities of a technical team dedicated to Infotainment & Connectivity projects.
• Ensure the technical and methodological leadership of the team.
• Define priorities, supervise workload, and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of deliverables.
• Support engineers and technical managers in resolving critical issues and technical escalations.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), project risks, and associated action plans.
• Participate in client governance committees and report on activity progress.
• Manage interactions with suppliers and coordinate associated technical actions.
• Contribute to the development of employee skills, coaching, and integration of new recruits.
• Deploy best development practices and implement continuous improvement actions.
