Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, our future customer analyst coordinator will have as main mission to Follow customer demand from the reception until the delivery, track E&O and keep them at the minimum level, and follow recovery (PF, OT, Idle .) with the commercial team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant supply chain representor in front of customers.
- Receive and process customer orders and Track customer variations.
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
- Following the complete Supply Chain (procurement, production, and shipping) ensuring on-time delivery and targeted service levels to the Customer are reached.
- Ensure the forecasted FG stock level, sales value, outbound freight, and ATR are reached.
- Coordinate all phases of the project (prototype, pre-production, and SOP) with customers and internal departments
- Responsible to comply with policies and procedures related to the environmental, safety, and quality management system. (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.)
- Follow and improve supply chain KPIs. (Airfreight, obsolete rate, transportation costs, inventory value, customer satisfaction, and KPIs with advanced stores)
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Bac+5, with at least 3 years of experience within the automotive industry
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over the organization's wide scope.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics
- Highly effective communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
