This role involves a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to multi-skill and prioritize large volumes of tasks.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Personal Assistant duties including management of consulting timetable;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French;
- All reception duties including phone calls, booking and managing appointments, and excellent customer service;
- Content creation for social media platforms;
- Managing generic office tasks;
