For our location in Morocco, Van Hessen team is located at our partner factory “Belhaj Boyauderie du Maroc in Beni Mellal.

We are looking for a

Employee quality control (location Beni Mellal, Morroco)

As Employee quality control you will contribute to the continuous growth of the company and remain the leading position in the industry by:

1.                Maximizing the value of all RM processed and delivering high quality and uniform

products

2.                Establish and maintain highly effective processing operations at BDM

With focus on :

Processing accurate, complete and up to date data administration

Interpreting data and undertaking initial investigations into data discrepancies

Identifying and making suggestions for improvements and modifications to administrative procedures (in consultation with Production Supervisor)  

3.         Continuously improving product standards and production efficiency

4.         Maintenance and hygiene of the whole factory is equal or better than external standards.

5.         Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for both employees and visitors.

6.          Assist the team in quality assurance and food safety certification and progress monitoring

With focus on :

Supervising compliance with procedures and work instructions

Advising improvements and modifications of procedures and work instructions

The ideal candidate will be full-time available and is “hands-on.” We are looking for a candidate who has: 

•                  Level Bac + OFPPT formation

•                  Work experience from at least 2 years (No previous experience in the Food industry is required, but preferred)

•                  English preferred or willing to learn.

•                  Candidate should be proactive and willing to learn.

•                  Knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
