Hyatt Regency Casablanca is looking for a talented Chef de Cuisine for Café M, person should have worked at least 5 years in gastronomic with a minimum of 1 year holding a similar position.
Our hotel is located in the heart of the Casablanca hence candidates with previous experience in City locations will be a plus.
Experience in a multicultural kitchen environment and running kitchen with large volume of operation is required. Able to make changes happen.
We are seeking a resolutive, proactive, creative and hands on person who is able to lead the team being a leader.
High level of French and HACCP certified is required for this position
Strong knowledge in French cuisine
Able to control his outlets Food Cost
25 to 35 years old
