Your missions:

Check that standard of methods and tools are respected, provide input for potential updates of the manual/standard to CF
Participate in improving the standards that will be implemented throughout the value streams or areas/teams
Train, coach, develop and implement a training plan / coaching plan base on Standard OpEx training program to ensure employee qualification meet with the requirement
Run the Country the yearly main objectives/priorities for OpEx deployment to reach the plant objectives (e.g. plant cost rate; efficiency, quality indicators…)
Collect and share the countrys' Lessons Learnt, best practices and ideas to improve
Together with HR Department define and implement OpEx training plan
Participate in Internal Assessment
Test and validate new and existing LEAN tools and methods and communicate regularly with the OpEx CF team
Plan and conduct training in improvement methods and tools by facilitating and following up on improvement projects to deliver tangible business result
Accountable for training, mentoring and coaching of employees nominated as Lean Practitioners
Develop collective lean tool box and assure instruments and available to lean project participants
Develop standard work instruction for common lean activities like 5S, Gemba Walk etc
Facilitate and lead continuous improvement events that support team and employee development in Lean principals, tools, and concepts (training on the Job, Training through real process optimization)

Qualifications:

• Engineer in a related field, such as improvement, Lean, or industrial management and 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills: Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills…
