Job Description:



The EMEA Customer Marketing Specialist drives the customer marketing campaigns and execution for one of our strategic suppliers. This role will be responsible for engaging and nurturing the existing customer base of this strategic supplier, driving renewals, and implementing upsell and cross-sell programs on its installed base. The Customer Marketing Manager will play a vital role in maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within the organization.You will plan and oversee the execution of the customer marketing campaigns across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and support the EMEA Marketing Lead in collaborating with each of our countries to meet their goals You will work closely with Customer Sales and Product Marketing in the development and implementation of customer marketing campaigns. You will d evelop and maintain a high level of rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to engage and nurture existing accounts, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the installed base.
Develop and implement targeted campaigns and programs to drive renewals and increase revenue.
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions and messaging for upsell and cross-sell programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform customer marketing strategies.
Support EMEA Marketing Lead in managing the marketing campaign budget and facilitate MDF claiming process with specified supplier
Collaborate with local marketing teams and be point-of-contact for customer marketing activities internally for the supplier
Manage the rollout of EMEA marketing programs into local markets with support and collaboration of key stakeholders supporting the marketing objectives set by the EMEA Marketing Lead
Use the Arrow marketing campaign development methodology to create effective campaign plans and track the effectiveness of marketing investments, managing roll out and reporting
Uses approved Marketing campaign workflows to interact with internal marketing teams, develops marketing best practices and benchmarks
Support in gathering oversight and ensure ROI is tracked. Report all ROI from EMEA marketing to internal stakeholders and the supplier
The candidate should as a minimum have the following experience:
Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with an security or SaaS provider.
Minimum 2 years in a customer marketing role or similar role.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and customer marketing strategies.
Experience in creating and executing successful upsell and cross-sell programs using digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects at one time
Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written

Qualities:



Ability to transform business goals and plans into marketing activities

First rate communication and presentation skills, and experience of interacting with different areas of the business
Knowledge of working with marketing and campaign data and report back on ROI

Skills:



Fluent in English and ideally another European language (not essential)
Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
