Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Country Marketing Manager -Accessories f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:


  • Implement a holistic User-Journey in the country towards End-Users and Retail Partners based on regional cross-Business Unit and Business Unit (BU) strategy,
  • Marketing Concept & Specific “P” guidelines in close cooperation with all local Marketing Managers.
  • Lead of local functional expertise topics like “Product & Price” and “Communication & Promotion”. 
  • To develop & grow Accessories sales & marketing activities in the assigned countries. 
  • KPI planning & steering, set-up & implementation of annual T/O & Growth plan with measures to achieve targets, while using budgets effectively. 
  • Support, train & guide the Sales team to achieve annual Accessories growth objectives and Turnover.
  • Identification of market needs in terms of Products, Price positioning & Promotional activities.
  • Sales cycle planning including Promotions, Launches & Listing Activities in collaboration with  Central Purpose & Marketing Teams, Business Unit.
  • Stock planning as per seasonality and growth target in collaboration with Central Planning Team.
  • Launch Management: Launch time, Price , Volume, System-approach with other Business Units, implementation of Central Regional launch activities, Launch tracking.
  • Management of Regional assortment, including product range review with regard to profitability.
  • Implement Purpose Team strategies in sales regions, gain & provide User & Market insights (UX).
  • Communication & Point of Sales materials.  

Qualifications
  • Proven experience of more than 5 years in marketing and sales
  • Language proficiency in English, Arabic and French.
  • Marketing know-how along all Ps, Operational expertise in Marketing.
  • Expertise in Branding and good understanding of UX, related to information and purchase decision of target group.
  • High sales affinity, good understanding of B2B retailer landscape.
  • Analytic and Negotiation skills, UX & Agile working methods, Result oriented, self-responsible, Team player.
  • Lead based on data, thinks systematically and translates insights into action.
