Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Account receivable responsible Morocco f/m” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:


  • Accounting/bookkeeping of day-to-day business transactions,
  • Participate in the annual stock inventory,
  • Post the Local and Foreign customers payments by recording cash, checks, BOE, debit card and bank transfer transactions,
  • Clear the customers and updates the receivables by totaling unpaid invoices,
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customer,
  • Monitoring and review the books of accounts,
  • knowledge of financial audit procedures, including planning, techniques, and tests and sampling,
  • Knowledge of general accounting and audit principles and processes,
  • Review and audit all accounts receivables,
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed,
  • Making monthly analysis and reconciliation of GL Accounts, Accounts Receivables,
  • Editing and sending statement of account and dunning letters,
  • Manage and prepare the documentation the NEGOCE transaction.

Qualifications
  • Graduate in Accounting and Control Management,
  • Experience 1 to 2 years in the same function,
  • Fluent in English and French,
  • Good level of analytical skills,
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be accurate,
  • Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and simply in a manner easily understood,
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS office (word, excel…),
  • Excellent communication skills.
