Position Summary

Lead and coordinate all audits and quality control on the product and manufacturing process performed by auditors, quality supervisors and restraint operators to meet customer and group quality requirements.

Your Role

The Quality Engineer-Shop Floor is called upon to perform the following functions:

- Ensure the proper management and organization of auditors, quality supervisors and control operators.

- Coordinate and supervise audits performed by auditors and quality supervisors in the raw material, cutting, preparation, assembly and finished product warehouse area.

- Coordinate and supervise the controls carried out by the contention control operators in the raw material warehouse area, cutting, preparation, assembly and finished product warehouse.

- Manage the documentation relating to the various audits.

- Prepare and organize the different types of audits (internal and external).

- Develop the improvement action plans in the various processes.

- Organize the different production areas in collaboration with the production.

- Support the start-ups of the different projects.

- Stop the manufacturing process when basic quality specifications are not met

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental standards.

Your Background

Engineer profile. High analysis thinking/Problem-solving skills with great knowledge of quality tools and practices. Excellent verbal and communications skills.
